Jeffery: Remember the years I slaved getting my degree? Four years of med study and now it's worthless to me. Remember a world that wasn't just black and white, A world when I wasn't cursed with this miserable sight? Nobody else knows the agony of life in monochrome. I'm blind to beauty and I'm missing out on my home. Charles: Hello, my name is Charles. What can I help you find today? Customer: Yes, I was wondering which one of these keeps the best time? Charles: Well, that's a way to phrase it. Charles: I would suggest a piece made by Greg McKin. All of his watches' faces have little timers built in. Charles: That'll be eight hundred dollars. Customer: Eight hundred? I was hoping for something a bit cheaper. Charles: Oh honey, this watch was designed just for you. Hand-crafted in Indonesia and calibrated at MIT? Think of it as an investment. Jeffery: It's easy to contract people to their own fate, Especially when it's fashionable to know that they're late. Nobody else sees the irony in keeping track of time, 'Cause in the end, we're all accountable for the crime.

Victoria 02:03
Snake Eyes: I can tell you're looking for something special, I can tell you're looking for something new. Well, this right here was made this year By a doctor who puts a little magic in her brew. Jeffery: What do you mean, magic? Snake Eyes: I can't explain it very well, but: Snake Eyes: When you want to find yourself, find Victoria. She'll unlock the door to your consciousness. You'll leave behind what makes you blind, And reconnect your memories for effect. Nothing compares to her high. Nothing compares to the feeling Of total and utter euphoria That you will get from Victoria. A hundred bucks, I bet you'll think you're in heaven. If you don't, I'll give you your money back. But I truly think one little drink Will break your door and restore you from the black. Jeffery: Well, I don't. But I've tried everything else. As long as it's safe? Snake Eyes: Of course it's safe. I know firsthand. Snake Eyes: Now for some instruction: Just drink it, it tastes like nothing. Be sure that there's somebody there to watch, just in case. Be sure you're on a bed Or anywhere you're lying down flat with plenty of space. Maybe adjust a few pillows so you stay in place. Let me know what you think of what you see when you run into me.

Violet: Hail, hail, the king has spoken. I don't have a choice really, And when your mind is broken, At least you will have finally found Something real. This is dangerous, Jeffery. Is color really worth more than your life? Jeffery: Something real is calling to me. Something real I need to see. But I"m bound inside my head, Where everything looks dead. And something real has gotta be there. Something real seems to be everywhere. But I need some help to train These pictures in my brain. Jeffery: Something real is calling to me. Violet: Hail, hail, the king has spoken. Jeffery: Something real I need to see. Violet: Hail, hail, that hurts 'cause I thought we could be Both: Something real. I/You need something real? I'll/Go find something real.

Jeffery: Where the hell am I? How did I end up here surrounded by all this color?
6.
Memories: Faces from memories long ago passed Reconstruct and resurrect a familiar cast. Take my hand, darling. Reach out and touch. Hear what I have to say, and then regard me as such. Watch me move, watch me speak. Will you guess what I'll be? Or just keep still, standing there, staring at me? I'm reaching out verbally, but you have to decide. Come to me physically and then you'll see what's inside. Are you there watching me? Give me a sign. When will you focus on something of mine? I'm caught in a paradigm, and I'm happy to be, But it's so torturing to think you'll never pick me.

Cold 02:42
Violet: 1 AM, I'm wide awake, you're out cold. I left the room but I can still hear you moaning through the walls. I had to leave, I couldn't watch. 2 AM, I'm getting a little tired. I'll take a cold shower, I'll make some coffee, I'll be wired. I won't be sleeping tonight. When did this become an option? How can you just blur the lines Between what is wrong and what's real so easily? 3 AM, I'm getting a little scared. Paranoia's hit and I think that something's going wrong. You haven't made a sound for hours. 4 AM, and I think you're doing fine. I rolled you on your side and now you're breathing normally. But I cannot shake what's on my mind: What if you can't find what you are looking for in there? Is this the start of a habit or just a chance to care? And you say you're looking for something real now, What the hell is that supposed to mean? You want something real? Well, I thought your real was me! 5 AM, now I am the one that's cold.

In Here 01:57
Rose: In here, Nothing can hold you back, no one will try. And isn't that why we are all here? To taste what it's like to let go of our minds and try to find Something real to feel out there. And everyone needs an escape, once in a while. Everyone needs to have some sort of way to make change in their lives. And this is cathartic for me. Rose + Memories: And for us. 'Cause in here, Rose: We are the ones in charge, we have control. Rose + Memories: And we have the whole world before us. Rose: It's ours for the taking, so take it and make it yours. Jeffery: What's going on? Rose: You're waking up. Jeffery: What? No! I don't want to wake up! Rose: And I'll see you again soon...
9.
Peter: A castle of our own. A place we'd be alone. The perfect queen to rule the scene Beside me. I think she's close. Not knowing hurts the most. But I know you're there, I can feel your stare Behind me. You've got me wondering where you are. 'Cause Cinderella, you don't feel too far. So then why don't we go? Violet: How do I forget A face that I regret? Peter: Sometimes all it takes is someone new. Violet: You've got me wondering where you are. 'Cause dear Prince Charming, you don't feel too far. So then why don't we go? Both: You've got me wondering where you are. 'Cause Cinderella/dear Prince Charming, you don't feel too far. Violet: So then why don't we go? Peter: Your carriage awaits...
10.
Rose: I wish I was staying, I wish I could go. It feels like forever can go by so slow. And I am left alone with all my memories and my pride, Though it's broken by now. Give me something to believe in, A way to make sense of myself. 'Cause all I ever dreamed wanted Is locked up away on the shelf. Just one more, I promise, and then I'll be done. Snake Eyes: It gets to a point where it stops being fun. Both: The promises I made to all the people that I love Mean nothing to me now. Rose: I know I should be happy, 'Cause I'll see the sun shining soon. But all I ever dreamed of Is here in the light of the moon. Rose & Snake Eyes: Now I know this is not where I belong. All: Show me the way out of here. Show me the way to overcome fear. Rose: Save me from all this loneliness. There once was a lone wolf astray from his pack. He looked up and saw there the moon looking back. He yearned for her, he arched his neck, Threw back his head, and howled for the moon's company. Rose & Jeffery: Ah ooh, ah ooh, ah ooh. Rose, Jeffery, & Snake Eyes: Ah ooh, ah ooh, ah ooh. Memories: Don't forget me here in the light of the moon. Rose, Jeffery, & Snake Eyes: Ah ooh, ah ooh, ah ooh. Memories: Don't forget me here in the light of the moon. Rose: Ah ooh, ah ooh.

Shark Attack 02:18
Critics: Keep your head above the water. The sharks come around to feed. Kick hard, you're treading water. It's too late: Shark attack down in the deep. Violet: It's 8 PM, he promised me he would come. He's half an hour late and I'm still waiting for his call. I'm not prepared to hear this, I cannot face the stand alone. Critics: This feels good, we're warming up now. How about a volunteer? What? No hands? How disappointing. In our headlights they look much like deer. Violet: 9 PM, he's dead or he will be soon. I thought I made it clear how much this evening means to me. I need a hand a behind me. I need someone to hold me up. Critics: Your legs break, your arm is missing. Your neck snaps within our jaws. And we'll shake till all that's left is Bone, blood, and the sound of our roaring applause. Your kids are shit, and so's your method. When will you realize It takes work and proper understanding To teach them a thing otherwise.

Hold Me 01:45
Rose: Hold me, I wanna feel what it's like to be loved, I've been living in fear for so long now I'm just a shell of what I've been. I was promised a place that is safer than this, So if anyone in there can hear me, Open the door and let me in. Jeffery: Hold me, I wanna feel what it's like to be loved, I've been living in fear for so long now I'm just a shell of what I've been. Both: I was promised a place that is safer than this, So if anyone in there can hear me, Open the door and let me in.
13.
Jeffery: Where the hell am I? How did I end up here alone in this world of darkness? Memories: I don't know where I am. Jeffery & Solo Memory #1: Where the hell am I? Snake Eyes & Solo Memory #2: Is there someone out there? Rose: Can anybody hear me? Jeffery, Snake Eyes, & Rose: It's getting darker by the minute, And I'm afraid I'm lost inside this infinite Time-fuck. Bad choices and Bad luck corner me in my Memory and torture me. (simultaneously) Jeffery: I don't know where I am, I don't know where I am. Snake Eyes: Is there someone out there? Is there anybody out there? Rose: Where the hell am I? Can anybody hear me?
14.
Snake Eyes: This is how I wanna die: Choosing my fate. Snake Eyes & Rose: This is how I wanna die: Snake Eyes: Choosing my fate. Rose: Facing the monster. Snake Eyes, Rose & Jeffery: This is how I wanna die: Jeffery: Lost in my mind. Snake Eyes: Choosing my fate. Rose: Facing the monster. Snake Eyes, Rose & Jeffery: This is how I wanna die.
15.
Jeffery: In the darkness, You can find out what is gonna last. 'Cause clarity Doesn't come if you are stuck in your past. Rose: In the darkness, You can find out what you really want. 'Cause the answers Only come when you confront your fears. Snake Eyes: In the darkness, I can always seem to find myself. But in daylight, The brightness makes me spin and reel. All Three: God, tell me what to feel, Then God, tell me if it's real. Am I trapped here for all time, Or still inside my mind, asleep and dreaming? Have I lost or have I found, Or have I left the ground, another dying? In the darkness, In the darkness, In the darkness, In the darkness, In the darkness.
